Q: How can we know we are getting a good price
and a quality job?
A: Customers have the right to shop around and
compare prices. We promise customers, when their
vehicle is at Collision & Classics, we will do
everything in our power to restore the customer's
vehicle to its pre-collision condition.
Q: Will my car be as good as new after repairs?
A: We strive to return your vehicle to its pre-
collision condition.
Q: Will I get all new parts where needed for my
vehicle?
A: Yes, you will get all new parts as needed.
Sometimes they’re not available, or the insurance
company requests aftermarket parts. We let every
customer know what type of parts are going to be
put into their vehicle.
Q: What kind of warranty will I get?
A: When customers leave our facility with their
vehicle, they can rest assured the work we have
done to their vehicle has a lifetime warranty, one
year warranty on parts, and a limited lifetime
warranty on the paint.
Q: If my car is still drivable after an accident, should
I wait to get repairs?
A: It is always best to have your car inspected even
if the damage seems to be minor. There could be
hidden damage that can become greater if repairs
are not made. Customers that have minor damage
can get an estimate, and while we order the parts
and wait for them to come in they can continue to
use their vehicle. Then, when the parts come in,
they can then drop off their auto so that their
vehicle isn’t just sitting here not being repaired, and
so that it is not too inconvenient for the customer.
